Bidding for a Government Contract Takes Preparation

Contract Ready LA (CRLA) is the first Los Angeles-based program of it's kind connecting small and minority businesses to no cost services and resources that helps businesses gain the foundation needed to contract.

Services

Procurement Guidance

All Contract Ready L.A. participants  are asked to follow the steps below to get the foundation their businesses need to bid for City contracts.

Business Tax Registration Certificate (BTRC)

All individuals or entities conducting business activities within the City of Los Angeles are required to apply for and obtain a BTRC. Not sure if you are registered? Check here.

To check if your business is in compliance with the City,

call (844) 663-4411 or email finance.customerservice@lacity.org for assistance.

Business Registration

on RAMPLA.ORG

Registration in the City's Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP) provides businesses access to contracting opportunities from both government and private sectors.

To check if your business is in compliance with the City,

call (844) 663-4411 or email finance.customerservice@lacity.org for assistance.
